We offer a mix of physical products, digital downloads, and curated experiences—including planners, printables, challenges, snail mail clubs, and ready-to-go resources designed to make joyful living simple and accessible.

 

Do we give back?

Yes. Giving back is part of our mission. Each quarter, we partner with organizations that align with our values to support causes related to health, community, and family impact.

Shipping and Returns

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States. We’re working on expanding to international shipping soon!

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Ellie's Mail Club subscriptions are shipped on the 3rd Friday of each month. Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days.

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of our products, Ellie's Mail Club subscriptions and digital downloads are non-refundable. However, if your order arrives damaged or incomplete, we’re happy to replace the item(s). Please contact us at theboldjoyco@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
