Processing & Shipping Times
- Physical Products: Orders for physical products are typically processed and shipped within 3–7 business days after your order has been received. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
- Ellie’s Mail Club Subscriptions: All Ellie’s Mail Club subscription orders are mailed on the 3rd Friday of every month, regardless of the original purchase date.
- Digital Products: All digital products are delivered electronically. Upon successful payment, you will receive access to your digital product via email or direct download. No physical item will be shipped for digital purchases.
Shipping Carrier & Delays
Once your order has been shipped, delivery times are determined by the postal carrier. The Bold Joy Co. is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the post office or shipping carrier.
